Please join us for the Early Career Coaches Clinic (EC3)! EC3 is a professional development opportunity specifically for coaches in their first 5 years in the profession. At EC3, you will hear from experienced coaches from various professional backgrounds in the form of lectures, panel discussions, hands-on activities, and workshops. Attendees will strengthen their coaching strategies and increase their depth of knowledge on various coaching topics ranging from sport specific instruction to strength and conditioning to soft skill development. Please join the first of many annual EC3’s and help us prepare, support, and promote you as a lifelong coach.
